Suspect In Custody After 22-Year-Old Shot, Killed In Old Bethpage
A suspect is in custody in connection to the murder of a 22-year-old man who was shot and killed in Old Bethpage over the weekend.
Brandon P. Torres, 22, of Staten Island was arrested and charged with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday, July 9 at First District Court in Hempstead.

Jon Gregory 'Greg' Jester died Saturday, June 29. He was a "dedicated, passionate and devoted" father to sons Tyler and Matthew, according to his obituary.

Walter Rissmeyer, a West Babylon business owner with a loyal following of customers, died Thursday, July 4 at a hospice in Rockville Centre. He was 44.
