Edward James Pascocello, 73, Pearl River Resident PEARL RIVER, N.Y. – Edward James Pascocello, of Pearl River, died Tuesday, Jan. 19 after a battle with cancer. He was 73. He was born and raised in the Inwood section of Manhattan. Like his father, he retired from the Emergency Service Unit of the New York City Police Department.
