Wilton Library Updates Phone System WILTON, Conn. – Wilton Library has replaced its phone system with a new one that will employ direct-dial numbers allowing patrons to reach the service desks of their choice by dialing specific numbers. “It is time for us to replace the existing phone system because it has reached the end of its lifecycle and it is no longer supported by the vendor, which means that parts are no longer available,” said Mary Anne Franco, Wilton Library’s assistant director of technology and training.
