Nancy Gleason, 88, Stamford Resident
STAMFORD, Conn. – Nancy Dee Gleason, of Stamford, died Sunday, Jan. 17. She was 88.
She was born in St. Louis, Missouri, on May 31, 1927, to the late Albert and Evelyn Schultz Buermann.
She is survived by her daughter Lesley Dee Tompkins of Long Island, New York; four sons, Donald R. Gleason of Long Island, New York, Jared A. Gleason of New Mexico, Sean O. Gleason of Bethel, and Chad B. Gleason of Bethel; and eight grandchildren, Ryan, Courtney, Brett, Kristopher, Mitchell, Benjamin, Hunter and Jillian.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Eileen "Cookie" Tobin Bevans, of Bridgeport, died Saturday, Feb. 20 at Bridgeport Manor. She was 69.
She was born in Bridgeport to the late Jack and Eunice Tobin. She worked at Milford Jai Alai for many years. She loved cooking and animals, especially cats.
Survivors include two sons, Michael and Brent Bevans; two sisters, Pat (Romeo) Boucher and Susan (Gale) Soule; two brothers, Jack Tobin and Michael (Lisa) Tobin; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Victoria M. Dunn (Kwiatkowski), formerly Victoria Steele, of Rutherford, died Wednesday, Feb. 17. She was 77.
She was the daughter of the late Adam and Frances Kwiatkowski; wife of the late William Dunn Jr.; and mother of Martin Steele of Seattle.
She was an executive in the retail industry before retiring. She was an active parishioner of St. Michael's Church, the Rutherford Woman's Club and the Rutherford Library.

CARLSTADT, N.J. – Claire T. Kikkert (Bastian), a resident of Carlstadt for more than 65 years and formerly of Wood-Ridge, died Sunday, Feb. 21. She was 87.
She was a homemaker and longtime parishioner of both Assumption Church in Wood-Ridge, where she was married in 1949, and St. Joseph's Church in East Rutherford.
