Liberation Programs CEO Alan Mathis Addresses Norwalk Exchange Club NORWALK, Conn. – Alan Mathis, president and CEO of Liberation Programs, spoke recently to the members of the Norwalk Exchange Club. CORE Fitness Of Closter's Zumba Event Benefits Autism Charity CLOSTER, N.J. – CORE Fitness in Closter is hosting a special Zumba class to benefit MarbleJam Kids at 8 p.m. Thursday. Special guest instructor "Cat Veca," as well as a few other Zumba instructors, will lead the session to benefit MarbleJam Kids, a local nonprofit autism charity that offers therapeutic after school and summer programs in fitness and creative arts. Wilton JoyRide Studio Raises Money For American Heart Association DARIEN, Conn. – In honor of National Heart Month, spin instructor Selina Santos recently hosted special spin classes at JoyRide locations in Darien and Wilton. Riders were asked to pay $30 to attend the class and all of the money raised was donated to the American Heart Association. Santos is also co-executive producer of the "Steve Wilkos Show," which films at NBCUniversal’s studios in Stamford. Wilkos and his wife, Rachelle, came out to support Santos and participated in the Darien class to raise money for the AHA.

Bring Your Pets To Englewood's Free Rabies Vaccination Clinic ENGLEWOOD, N.J. – A rabies‬ vaccination clinic will be held in Englewood on Saturday, Feb. 21, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 73-75 S. Van Brunt Street. Free vaccinations will be given at the municipal court and licensing will be issued at the health department.
