RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Victoria M. Dunn (Kwiatkowski), formerly Victoria Steele, of Rutherford, died Wednesday, Feb. 17. She was 77.
She was the daughter of the late Adam and Frances Kwiatkowski; wife of the late William Dunn Jr.; and mother of Martin Steele of Seattle.
She was an executive in the retail industry before retiring. She was an active parishioner of St. Michael's Church, the Rutherford Woman's Club and the Rutherford Library.

CARLSTADT, N.J. – Claire T. Kikkert (Bastian), a resident of Carlstadt for more than 65 years and formerly of Wood-Ridge, died Sunday, Feb. 21. She was 87.
She was a homemaker and longtime parishioner of both Assumption Church in Wood-Ridge, where she was married in 1949, and St. Joseph's Church in East Rutherford.

OSSINING, N.Y. – Sister Cecile Therese Burton, an educator and social worker in Hawaii, died Wednesday, Feb. 17, at Maryknoll Sisters Home Care. She was 91.
She was born in Washington, D.C., on Sept. 23, 1924, to Cecile R. Burton and Frank E. Burton. The family moved to Philadelphia, and she graduated from Little Flower Catholic High School in Pennsylvania in 1942 and Immaculata College, Immaculata, Pa., in 1945, with a bachelor’s degree in French and a teaching certificate.

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Marianne Jasiak, a resident of New Rochelle for over 40 years, died Friday, Feb. 19, at Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital. She was 78.
She was a co-owner of Heidi's Deli in New Rochelle for many years. In addition to spending time with friends and family, she was an avid crafter and accomplished crocheter. She loved tending to her flowers and garden.
