Irwin Kantor, 85, Former West Nyack Resident
WEST NYACK, N.Y. – Irwin Kantor, of North Palm Beach, Fla. and formerly of Montauk, Manhattan and West Nyack, died Thursday, May 19. He was 85.
He was a Korean War veteran. He was an expert on international and domestic tax law, a CPA, MBA and JD, and was former vice president of General Signal Corporation. After retiring from General Signal, he taught tax law and accounting at the graduate business school level. He also pursued his love of boating and fishing in both Florida and Montauk.

Gary Steven DeFraia, 64, Tillson Resident
TILLSON, N.Y. – Gary Steven DeFraia, of Tillson, born to Salvatore and Anna of Poughkeepsie, husband to Isabelle DeFraia, father to Christopher and Daniel and friend to many, died Thursday, May 19. He was 64.
He was passionate about his work, obtaining a Ph.D. in social welfare from Hunter College, and he recently published several articles in international and national journals while also consulting with others in his field. Henry Rohs, 94, Clifton Resident
CLIFTON, N.J. – Henry Rohs, of Clifton, died Friday, May 20. He was 94.
Born in Queens, he was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Mary (Kay) Rohs; his daughters, Linda, Sandra (Peter) and Jo-Ann; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.

Anthony Veltri, 96, Lodi Resident
LODI, N.J. – Anthony Veltri of Lodi died Sunday, May 22. He was 96.
Before retiring, he was a landscaper for Tri-Us Landscaping, Little Ferry. He was a World War II Army veteran.
He was the uncle of many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Daniel and Mildred; a sister, Grace Usery; and four brothers James, Daniel, Patrick and Raymond.

Crius Energy Moving HQ To Norwalk, Creating More Jobs
NORWALK, Conn. – Crius Energy, through its wholly owned subsidiary Regional Energy Holdings, will relocate its headquarters to Norwalk, where the company will retain its 200 jobs and create 225 new positions within the next four years.
