WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – James Kenneth Herbert, a resident of White Plains, died Tuesday, Jan. 19. He was 50.
He was born in White Plains on March 3, 1965, and was a graduate of Archbishop Stepinac High School and Manhattan College. He was president of CI Spectrum, an information technology consulting firm in White Plains.
He is survived by his partner, Cynthia Aylsworth.
He was predeceased by his parents, Kenneth and Margaret Herbert of White Plains.

BEACON, N.Y. – Sandra N. Ferraro (Novitsky), a 25-year resident of Beacon and formerly of Westchester County, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh. She was 62.
The daughter of Jerome and Nadya Novitsky, she was born in Manhattan on Dec. 4, 1953. She worked for many years at Dellwood Dairy in Westchester, where she worked as an accountant. DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – Genevieve Marone, a longtime resident of Dobbs Ferry, died Tuesday, Jan. 19. She was 92.
Born in Brooklyn, she was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Clara Bonadies. She married Joseph Marone at Our Lady of Pompeii Church in Dobbs Ferry. She was a great cook and especially adored spending time with her grandchildren. She was also an avid golfer.

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. – James Birrittella of Poughkeepsie died Tuesday, Jan. 19, at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. He was 72.
He was born Sept. 2, 1943, in Yonkers, the son of Joseph and Eleanor Birrittella. He married Ellen Leahy on April 28, 1968, in Yonkers. He was a control manager for the former Hopewell Precision in Hopewell Junction. He was a Vietnam War veteran who served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a husband, father and grandfather who was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and New York Giants. He enjoyed recording movies and he loved his dogs, Barney and Hunter.

Born in Paterson, she had been a resident of Elmwood Park all her life.

HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. – Joyce C. Renshaw (Schlichting), of Hasbrouck Heights, died Tuesday, Jan. 19 at the Morristown Medical Center. She was 72.
Born in Jersey City, she lived in North Arlington for most her life. She retired to Florida but returned to New Jersey, where she lived in Hasbrouck Heights the past six years. She worked as a crossing guard for the Borough of North Arlington for more than 20 years before retiring in 2006.
