Lightning Eyed As Cause In Norwalk Commercial Building Fire A fire broke out at a commercial building when a severe thunderstorm possibly caused a shed to catch fire in Norwalk. The blaze began in the basement of a two-story building at 20 Broad Street, at 3:30 a.m. Thursday, July 18, the Norwalk Fire Department said.
