Pair Of $50K Powerball Tickets Sold In NJ It was a wonderful Wednesday for two Powerball players in New Jersey. Tickets sold in Sussex County and Middlesex County, respectively, matched four numbers and the red Powerball in the drawing held on Wednesday, April 9, winning $50,000. The tickets were sold at US Gas on Main Street in Sussex and Welsh Farms on Gatzmer Avenue in Jamesburg.  The winning numbers were 4, 29, 37, 55, 67 and the red Powerball was 10.

17-Year-Old Killed After Car Strikes Overpass On Route 55 In Deptford: Njsp A 17-year-old Sewell resident was killed in a crash on Route 55 after striking an overpass on the early morning of Thursday, April 17, authorities said. At 12:11 a.m., officers responded to Route 55 South in Deptford township after a Toyota Camry driving southbound veered off the roadway to the left and struck a concrete overpass support and a tree, Jeffrey Lebron, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said. The driver, who has not been identified, sustained fatal injuries, Lebron said. The crash remains under investigation, Lebron said.
