Suspect Wanted In Sexual Assault Of Woman At Knifepoint In Reading, Police Say Reading police are seeking the public's help identifying a suspect who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman at knifepoint Wednesday, March 16. A man wearing a black hat, sunglasses, a face mask, gray pants, and multicolored New Balance sneakers, followed a woman and threatened her with a knife before sexually assaulting her in the 1200 block of Hill Road around 8 a.m., Reading police said. Murder: PA Dad Slammed Infant Son Into Bed After Vomiting, DA Says A 24-year-old Pennsylvania dad was charged with third-degree murder in the death of his eight-week-old son, who was slammed face down into a bed after vomiting and died nine days later in the hospital, authorities said. The infant was brought to Phoenixville Hospital on Tuesday, Feb. 22 by his parents, one of whom is Trappe resident David Moyer, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Bucks Man Sentenced For Rape Of 13-Year-Old Girl A 38-year-old Bucks County man was sentenced to seven to 15 years in state prison for the rape of a 13-year-old girl last year, authorities said. Shane Ferguson, of Morrisville, in Sept. 2021, was found guilty of rape, aggravated indecent assault, endangering the welfare of a child, and related offenses, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office. Ferguson will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, the DA's office said. He was also sentenced to two to four years for violating his parole, running concurrently to his sentence on the rape case. …

Alleged Abington Bank Robber Surrenders To Police A 22-year-old man was arrested after turning himself in to police weeks after allegedly robbing a bank in Abington Township. Moliere Joseph walked into the Santander Bank on Old York Road and gave a demand note to the tellers on Thursday, Feb. 10, Abington Township police said.
