Gilda Salamone, 95, Harrison Resident
HARRISON, N.Y. – Gilda Mazzucca Salamone of Harrison died Monday, Feb. 29. She was 95.
Born Nov. 25, 1920, she was a lifelong resident of Harrison. She worked at Sound Federal Savings Bank in Mamaroneck as vice president. She retired in 2006. She was a member of the Harrison Columbiettes.
Survivors include her daughters, Suzanne Giannotti and Mildred Anderson; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; her sister, Marie Allegretti; and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Frank Salamone.

Anthony Paolicelli, 90, Yorktown Heights Resident
YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. – Anthony Paolicelli, of Yorktown Heights, died Monday, Feb. 29. He was 90.
He was born Nov. 8, 1925, in Yonkers, to Giuseppe and Antoinette Paolicelli. He served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Essex during World War II. He was a part of VFW Post 8328 in Yorktown Heights for many years.
He was active in his children's lives and coached Little League. He was an avid gardener who grew vegetables and loved to share them with family and friends. He became an artist, and his work was displayed in numerous art galleries.

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. – Mary Theresa O'Connor, known as Polly, a longtime resident of Eastchester, died Saturday, Feb. 27. She was 85.
She is survived by her husband, Dr. Thomas O'Connor; daughters, Joan (Bernard) Deitrick and Anne (Edward) Lam; sons, Robert (Donna) O'Connor and Joseph (Phon) O'Connor; grandsons, James, Jackson and Michael O'Connor, Daniel Deitrick, Nathaniel, Jonah and Lucas Lam; granddaughter, Calla Deitrick; and sister, Marjorie Neuherz.
She was predeceased by her daughter, Claire O'Connor; brother, John Harnett; and granddaughter, Vanessa Langer.

MAMARONECK, N.Y. – Rose DiLallo (Planamento) of Mamaroneck died Tuesday, March 1. She was 95.
She is survived by her children, Nicholas and his wife, Laura, of Port St. Joe, Fla.; Orlando and his wife, Mena, of Brewster; Vito Planamento and his wife, Susan, of Brewster; and Joyce and her husband, Billy Preston, of Cape Coral, Fla.; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings Gino and Lena; and daughter-in-law Sue DiLallo of Mamaroneck.

Carol Esposito, 79, Mount Vernon Resident
MOUNT VERNON, N.Y. – Carol Esposito, of Mount Vernon, died Tuesday, March 1. She was 79.
She was born Oct. 28, 1936, in Mount Vernon to Guattiero and Margaretha (Jacober) Casagrande.
On May 26, 1957, she married Joseph Esposito in Mount Vernon.
She was very active in her community and was a member of the Kent Senior Citizens, the Kent-Republican Committee and the Lake Carmel Lady Auxiliary Fire Department. In addition, she volunteered at St. James the Apostle Church, Putnam Hospital Center and the Kent PBA.

Anthony Dusenbury Sr., 71, Port Chester Resident
PORT CHESTER, N.Y. – Anthony Dusenbury, Sr., a lifelong resident of Port Chester, died Monday, Feb. 29. He was 71.
He was a son of the late Arthur and Marie Dusenbury.
He was a retired milkman who was previously employed by Smith's Dairy and Dellwood Dairy. He served in the U.S. Army. He was involved with the Boy Scouts and was an active member of Port Chester Fire Department Fire Patrol and Rescue Company 1.
