Henderson B. Coleman, 88, Wappingers Falls Resident WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. – Henderson B. Coleman, who most recently resided at Castle Point VA Hospital in Wappingers Falls, died Tuesday, March 8. He was 87. Called “Henny” by family and friends, he was born on March 15, 1928, to Harry and Almeta Coleman, in the hamlet of Salt Point, N.Y. He attended FDR High School where he excelled in sports and received many accolades, including an induction into the FDR Hall of Fame in June of 1999, and received commendation from U.S. Sen. Westport Library Calls On Community For Dragon-Making Project WESTPORT, Conn. – The Westport Library is inviting people of all ages to help build a vehicle-sized dragon during the months of March and April for WestportMAKES, a collaborative community project.
