BERGENFIELD, N.J. – Thomas J. Eberhardt, of Bergenfield, died Tuesday, March 22. He was 58.
A lifelong resident of Bergenfield, he was the singer in the Eberhardt Brother’s Band with his brothers. He formerly was the president of the Bergenfield Chamber of Commerce while working in his family-owned business, the Florence Shop.
He was the son of Joan (Allgor) Eberhardt and the late Robert Eberhardt.

RINGWOOD, N.J. – William Richard Zimmerle, of Ringwood, died Tuesday, March 22 at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. He was 80.
Born Aug. 25, 1935, in Passaic, he was the eldest son of William Rudolph and Lenora Zimmerle.

MAYWOOD, N.J. – Elizabeth "Betty" Bodenstein, of Maywood, died Monday, March 21. She was 82.
Before retiring, she worked as an executive secretary for American Standard in New York City for 32 years. She was an avid skier who enjoyed horseback riding, reading, tennis, the Met at Lincoln Center, Central Park and over 50 years of sailing on the Long Island Sound and Shelter Island.
