Daughter of Josephine Ingels Sherow of Hyde Park and the late Thomas Sherow Sr., she was born Sept. 23, 1983, in Poughkeepsie. She attended Hyde Park Schools. Hayden's Heart 5K In Lyndhurst Raises More Than $25,000 LYNDHURST, N.J. -- The fourth annual Hayden's Heart 5K run was held Saturday at the Riverside County Park in Lyndhurst.  More  than $25,000 was raised for the Hayden's Heart Foundation, which helps fund congenital heart defect research.  Hayden's Heart honors Hayden Jeter Dorsett, who was born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome.
