Norwood PTO Brings Annual Carnival To Town NORWOOD, N.J. – The Norwood Public School Parent Teacher Organization will host its annual Norwood Carnival from 6-10 p.m. Thursday and Friday and 5-10 p.m. Saturday. Highlights of this year’s carnival include: Rides and games for children of all ages. Food grilled to order, as well as traditional carnival fare. Wristband night is Thursday – ride all night for just $25. Edward Greene, who was named a lieutenant, and Officer Michael Clark, who is now a detective. Greene was hired in 1994 and served as a patrol officer for five years, during which he trained new employees as a field training officer and was selected to be a member of the emergency services unit.
