Arthur Michael Chiusano Jr., 65, Beacon Resident BEACON, N.Y. – Arthur "Art" Michael Chiusano Jr., of Beacon, died Sunday, June 19 at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital, Newburgh. He was 65.He was born Aug. 19, 1950, in Newburgh,to Arthur M. and Gloria J. Forster Chiusano. He was a self-employed contractor and a QVC entrepreneur. He was involved in the restoration of Bannerman's Island. Survivors include three children, Cameron Michael Chiusano of Montgomery, Olivia Brynne Chiusano of Beacon, and Arthur Michael Chiusano III of Beacon; and two brothers, Gary John Chiusano of Port Ewen and Gregory James Chiusano of Hopewell Junction. …

Franklin Troiso, 73, Former Wappingers Falls Resident WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. – Franklin Troiso, a resident of Rutland, Mass., since 2013, and formerly of Wappingers Falls, died Monday, June 20. He was 73. Born in Brooklyn on June 11, 1943, he was the son of Frank and Grace Troiso. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was employed as a communications manager for Solomon Brothers in Manhattan for 25 years and then by the U.S. Postal Service for 20 years, retiring in 2011. He was born Ernst Friedrich Folke Helmut Otte on Jan. 21, 1925 in Norrköping, Sweden, to Carlheinz and Erna (Mireau) Otte. He was 6 when his father died, and his family moved to live with maternal grandparents in Vienna, Austria, where he grew up. He obtained bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Vienna.
