House Collapses In Philadelphia: Report A man and his dog survived a partial house collapse over the weekend in Philadelphia, 6abc reports. Dennis Myers and the animal were asleep when the house on the 1900 block of Bonitz Street crumbled to pieces around 5 a.m. Sunday, May 1, the outlet says. Central PA Man Charged With Aggravated Assault On Child Under 6-Years-Old: Authorities A 35-year-old man in central Pennsylvania has been charged with aggravated assault of a child less than six-years-old, authorities said. Joshua M. Velazquez, of East Petersberg, also endangered the welfare of the child, which is a third-degree felony, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department. On Tuesday, April 5, he was arraigned on the charges and was being held in county jail in lieu of $150,000 bail, records show. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 24.

Human Skull Found In Berks County: Police A human skull was found in Berks County over the weekend, authorities said. The remains were discovered in a retention pond on Pine Lane on Saturday, April 30, Amity Township police said.
