NYC Developer Buys Hackensack Building For $36M A New York City developer has bought a luxury apartment building in Hackensack for $36 million, TheRealDeal reports. The VUE Hackensack on Polifly Road is now owned by Sutton Equity, whose executives claim the off-market purchase was motivated by New York City's recent rent control increase, according to the outlet. 2 Dead In Route 73 Steamroller Crash: Report Two people died in a crash involving a steamroller Friday, April 15 on Route 73, NJ Advance Media reports citing police. The fatalities were those of two people in the car that collided with the construction machine in the southbound lanes of the highway in Voorhees around 9 p.m., the outlet says. Missing Man's Body Found In Creek 5 Months After Disappearance: State Police The body of a 60-year-old Pennsylvania man was found in Berks County more than five months after his disappearance, authorities said. Ronald Garman was found dead in the Maiden Creek off Route 622 in Richmond Township on Thursday, April 14, Pennsylvania State Police said. His body was discovered floating in the water in a "heavily decomposed state." Garman was reported missing on Nov. 4, 2021, police said.
