Inmate Found Dead In Cell At Bucks County Correctional Facility: Officials An inmate was found dead in his cell at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on Tuesday, March 1, officials confirmed. Authorities found an inmate in his late 40s unresponsive in a cell Tuesday evening, James O' Malley, Deputy Director of Communications for Bucks County said. The man, whose identity has not been released, was pronounced dead at the jail by EMS, O'Malley said. Circumstances surrounding his death were not immediately known. The incident remains under investigation by Bucks County Detectives and the Department of Corrections Investigations Unit.

Arson: Homeless Man Started Fire That Damaged Restaurant In Coatesville, Police Say A 67-year-old homeless man was accused of starting a fire that destroyed a restaurant in Coatesville, authorities said. Robert Hines broke the front window of the Midway Bar & Grill on East Lincoln Highway and intentionally set multiple items on fire around 2:40 a.m. on Wednesday, March 2, according to surveillance footage obtained by Coatesville police. Berks County Man, 92, Drowns After Reaching For Plank In Pond: Report A Berks County man died in a drowning accident, the Reading Eagle reports. Donald Klopp, 92, was reaching for a plank when he fell into a pond behind Airport Road home in Bethel Township around 12:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 28, the outlet says citing the Berks County Coroner's Office.
