PA Councilman Dies Of Injuries In Fire That Killed Wife Last Year A Pennsylvania councilman died as a result of injuries sustained in a fire that killed his wife nearly a year ago, authorities said. Thomas Highland, 61, was pronounced dead Friday, March 25 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest, the Lehigh County Coroner's Office said. Cold CASE: Man's Remains Found In 1978 In PA ID'd As NJ Military Veteran For 44 years, the remains of a man found near a Pennsylvania creek have been referred to by investigators only as "John Doe."
